No confirmation letters!

Hey guys, I know it’s old news but i have a big problem: my subscribers don;t receive any confirmation or welcome emails. I haven;t found amy solution for that in support and this is getting urgent now.
new subscribers go to proper list. but they don;t get any emails.
the most interesting part is that when my husband subscribed, he received a welcome letter! how can I fix it? isn’t it possible to connect mailchimp automatic confirmation/welcome letters with mailmunch? that would be a huge frustration if not, these function is really important streamline the workflow.
