baaa this is it. so i can not use this cache plugin anymore? or should i deactivate a special setting in that plugin?

the html popup works but the shortcode popuup is still empty :-/

I think if you reactivate it everything should work as before, because cache plugin will cache the new version of the popup and the issue will expire.

the big button below with green words “Zum Lehrgang anmelden” should implement a contactform7 form.
i had to remove the shortcode popup because the the registration form is business criticle. so i use the contact form direct on the page now.

with the deactivated cache plugin .. it works .. or seems to work right now.

1) Activate your cache plugin
2) Clear cache from the Cache Plugin
3) Hard reload your browsers
4) Popups should work like a charm
