I hope you’re well today!
I can already tell based on the screenshot that you provided (in context of past experience with multiple similar issues) that in majority of cases this is caused by a conflict on site.
Since you provided the environment information, I checked it and I see that PHP and WordPress versions are good enough and most of other settings seem correct. Divi itself shouldn’t be a problem here either.
The list of plugins, however, is quite long and while I don’t see any plugin that’s well known to cause such conflict, it’s possible that the conflict involves a combination of two or more plugins or it’s something new that we are not aware of yet.
At this point, there’ll be a full plugin conflict test necessary:
– clear all caches on site/server and disable all the plugin except Forminator
– it should start working fine
– start enabling plugins back one by one, after each one checking for the issue
– when it starts happening again, you’d know that the last enabled plugin right before it is causing the conflict.Let us know about it and we’ll then check it closer to find out why the conflict happens and if we could provide solution for it (or if it needs to be fixed in that conflicting plugin).

I installed that plugin and was able to replicate the issue.
Upon closer inspection, it is caused due to the bug in the Order Tip for WooCommerce plugin. I’ll explain it below but first, let me share a raw patch for this.
We need to restore one of the CSS classes that are missing from the “body” tag when this plugin is active so it can be done using this custom code:

– copy and paste above code into it
– save the file and clear all caches on site/server
It should work out of the box.

As for the issue itself, it happens because Order Tip for WooCommerce removes some of the custom classes (not only related to Forminator actually; it removes some other too which may cause similar issues with other plugins too) from the “body” tag.
It happens because of incorrect use of “admin_body_class” hook in plugin’s code. There are two things that need to be corrected in that plugin. Both are in the /order-tip-woo/admin/controllers/config.class.php file.
1. In line 32 there is a line
add_action( 'admin_body_class', array( $this, 'admin_body_class' ) );but it should be
add_filter( 'admin_body_class', array( $this, 'admin_body_class' ) );because “admin_body_class” is a filter hook, not action hook. That’s not a big deal but nonetheless, it should be corrected.
2. in “admin_body_class()” function from line 57:
– this function checks if current page is related to Order Tip plugin and if yes, it adds its own classes to existing ones and return everything – which is fine and correct
– but it doesn’t return anything on other pages; it should return unmodified value of
$classesvariable in every other case.This is a bug and needs to be fixed by the developer of that plugin so please feel free to report it to them. In the meantime, provided workaround should do the trick.
