No customer support? Requesting help with code injection

    1) I have tried registering on Webcraftic support and I am yet to receive a link to confirm my account
    2) I cannot find any info anywhere as to how one can reach the dev team for support
    3) I don’t seem to see “Conditional logic”; I thought it was available to free users too?

    I’ve normally had no issues with injecting code on a specific page with a short code (which I think is a splendid feature in this plug-in, great job!). But there is this one php code snippet (which I am using, courtesy WPForms: https://wpforms.com/developers/include-page-break-section-divider-and-html-fields-in-notifications/) that just doesn’t work via short code. I am being forced to run it site-wide and I do NOT want it that way.

    Can someone help, please?

    Hello.

    There is a Support section on the plugin’s website https://woodysnippet.com.
    We also provide support here.

    Conditional logic is available in all types of snippets, except for PHP snippets.

    This code executes hooks. Therefore, the code must be executed on the entire site, otherwise the hooks will not work. This is how WordPress and hooks work

    Thank you for the kind response, Artem. Yes, I did visit Woody’s support section first (redirects to Webcraftic, and I am still waiting for my email to be confirmed there).

    Noted re: conditional logic and hooks. About the latter, I will then have to get in touch with the dev team (not sure if there can be a non-hooks solution version of that sort of code) – coding isn’t my forte alas, but thank you for the clarity.
