    Hello
    There is a strange issue:
I published some product on my store using the “YITH Composite Product plugin” and immediately all the products made using this plugin stopped showing customers, using the “this product has no customer” text.

If I deactivate the YITH plugin, then the customer are shown correctly.

I’m talking about the “admin” view (I dont need on the public side, but I tried and stiil not works in the same way).

Have you any suggestion to solve this issue?

I’m using the free version but if you are sure that the pro version can solve this I can move on the pro.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi @rafpigna,

I don’t think my plugin was ever tested to work with YITH composite products. I’ll install it on my side and do some tests and try to release a solution in the next couple days, does that work for you?

    Yes no problem, thanks.

Just a note based on further testing I did in the last hours.

It seems that the customers are correctly shown on products I created about some time ago (some months) sure before updates of both plugins

The problem shows ONLY in three products I made in the last week.

I tried to make a new order to the old products and to new products made today as perfect copy of the products made in the last week, and they shows fine.

So the issue is just on three products made in the last few days. At this poin I dont know if it’s possible to find something that not works, because probably it depends not on the plugins but on wordpress/woocommerce.

Anyway thanks for any idea you can have about something that got screwed in that three products.

    Hi @rafpigna,

it is either how the info from composite products orders are stored in the database, or that you haven’t selected the proper statuses in my plugin’s settings to match the status of your new orders. I’ll install the plugin today and see if I can find a quick solution for you.

Thank you, as I said I know that the issue appeared only on just threee products so basically it’s not a big issue… but is there and I hope will not happens again. Searching and finding what is the problem would be great to avoid that this appears again in any future, but I know it’s low priority stuff.
    Thanks anyway.

    Hi @rafpigna,

I just got to testing this and I’m realising that it’s one of the only YITH plugins that doesn’t have a free version. Would you be willing to send me a link to the plugin files through my website’s contact page so I can take a look?

    Hi @rafpigna,

I created a composite product, then made an order and I see myself in the customer list. Any pointers on how I could reproduce the problem?

    Thread Starter rafpigna

    (@rafpigna)

Unfortunately I dont know. As I said, the issue is only on three composite products that I created in the last days. Old composite products and new composite products are ok. This is why I said it is a strange issue and of course very low priority. I means this could happen again in the future or maybe… never!

Anyway, If you want, I can give you access to my website to see the issue. Unfortunately the issue is only on the “live” website, so we have just to arrange the “time” because when you will login it’s bettere you will put the site in maintenance mode-

Let me know if you want to do this, and I will send you all details.

If it’s too time consuming for you, no problem, as I said it’s not a big issue.. if I need to check the customer of that products I temporarly deactivate yith plugin.

Issue resolved. The problem was with the YITH plugin itself. In the meantime I added a quick hack for the next version that will be released shortly. Closing this thread!
