No data after restore

    Backup worked. Restore takes forever but works.
    The issues is that there is no data. No orders in WooCommerce, all the plugins are set to default aka all the keys/ID’s are gone.
    It’s like when you have installed a blank site with all the plugins you need but nothing is configured
    Am I missing something?

    Hello @allanknudsen ,

    When full site backup is used for the restoration/migration, such situation should not happen – restored site should be identical to the original one.

    I suspect that there were some files/databases excluded in the backup creation, which could cause the described result. Please revisit the source site where the backup was made, and check the exclusion rules in the “What will be backed up” section of the plugin.

    Apart from that, please share the debug log from the source site and the destination site, so we can further analyze the details. Logs are located in the plugin section Troubleshooting >> Check advanced options. You can paste the codes in your reply here.
