    Hi @laetitia-godet,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The free version only tracks “opens” and will only track conversions if you use Popup Maker’s default subscription form.

    Please make sure the “Disables popup open tracking?” option in Popup Maker > Settings > Privacy is unchecked.
