No data anymore

I have installed this plugin few weeks ago and it works perfectly. I wrote data for each of my articles. Now I wrote an other article and I am unable to write data as the fields don’t appear. I click on menu item and nothing appears to be filled. I tried to delete it and reinstalled it and still nothing appears.

What’s going on ?
