• I don’t know if this is a HelpScout issue or plugin issue…

    I have added extra error logging to the plugin and found that it simply receives no data in the POST request from HelpScout. I get “Invalid signature” but the reality is there is simply no data and it fails there first. The $data_string is always empty at the endpoit.

    I have had this working for so many years (thanks by the way!) but was trying to make this work with multiple sites (I have multiple EDD sites selling plugins) and it has now completely botched the whole thing.
