No data error and image library not loading

I haven’t found a solution on any other forum here, so I’m hoping this will garner something. I can’t get the media library to load whenever I insert media into a page or post. I am trying to search for images to add to galleries and nothing loads, just a white page. Also, I am getting a “no data error” message whenever I try to save or update a page, and then the site no longer loads until about 10 minutes later.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting that has been recommended, including clearing my cache, trying different browsers, restarting the modem, disabling all plugins, and even calling my ISP and hosting (GoDaddy) providers who both claim it’s nothing on their end. I am getting nowhere with this and need this working again properly for a client on a regular basis asap. I run numerous WordPress sites and this is the only one I am having an issue with.
I am not able to provide the domain since it’s a private site, but I can send screen captures should you need more info.

Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
I have deactived all plugins and it still gave me the same issue.
I am using the 2012 theme

I am getting the same results a week after reinstalling. It seems to have allowed me to use it once properly before doing this. I don’t want to keep manually reinstalling each week. Any new suggestions?
Can someone please assist me with this issue and suggest other fixes? This is a very active site and needs updating constantly so uninstalling and reinstalling every other time I update it isn’t a possibility.

Yeah, we’ve seen quite a few similarly frustrating threads of late – so it’s helpful to see some people making some progress with GD. Good luck :)!
Thanks! I’m hoping they’ll resolve it. I sent an email as suggested in the forum and go from there. If necessary, I’ll just convince the client to move the hosting to somewhere else. I’ve never had issues with GD, so I’m really surprised at this.
After lengthy email exchanges, GoDaddy fixed the issue.
