Just trying to get this setup and nothing seems to work. Data is not being sent to GS.

I have my fields setup as headers as shown in guides.

I have access and authorised. But no data sent at all?

Thank you for reaching out.
Can you please make sure that you are properly connected with your Google account, and that your Google Sheet is configured correctly with the correct field labels?
Also, if there’s any issue with the inside page settings, we recommend configuring your form using the Form Feed Settings instead.
