No data on "Pages" widget

    It pulls information correctly on the main dashboard widget, but when I click on the graph for specific data there is no information at all.

    When I view pages for “yesterday” (for example) on the dashboard widget, I can see the number of page views for specific pages. But when I click on the corrisponding page graph there is 0 information and -21 errors.

    I checked in GA, and I don’t have any default urls applied, and I tried the filter listed here which didn’t work either.

    -21 means not enough data to generate a report. Check the error codes page for more details.

    I have this same problem but no -21 errors. Everything is just blank.

    There are some improvements in 4.8.1.3 regarding this issue, you should:

    1. Update to latest version
    2. Clear the authorization and authorize again.
    3. Clear cache

    check if there are any changes on the problematic reports.

    If the issue remains, open a new support topic.
