    Hello, i have a similar Error: “No data returned. Unknown error” (see on my website: https://pfadfinderbrokstedt.de/fahrtenbuch/). Could you help me please?

    Do you detect any mistake? We use wordpress version 5.5.3.

    I took a look at this, and I think this might be a problem with Swipebox not being able to show Instagram videos rather than Photonic having a problem. Can you try a different lightbox, like PhotoSwipe and see if the problem persists?

    From Photonic ↠ Settings → Generic Options → Generic Settings → Inbuilt Lightbox libraries.
