Same here, on inspecting the console there’s a ton of errors under “Uncaught TypeError”
Edit: I found the solution, disable the plugin, reenable it, you’ll see this banner again: https://i.imgur.com/5Y2wbch.png
Make sure your REST API is not restricted by a security plugin or you will get this message when you try to set up:
An error occurred: We were unable to send credentials to your WordPress site. Please go back to your site and restart the setup. The following error was returned: REST API restricted to authenticated users.
If you still don’t see it clear page cache.

Thanks Jonathan.
Interestingly it works again for me now (without disabling and re-enabling the plugin) – magic.
@michih Good to know it’s working again. There can be caching issues ot times, browser or site/plugin related.
@jdstiger Nice troubleshooting, true there can be plugins that impact reporting and setup.
If you are finding the plugin useful please be sure to leave a review.
I have done that and didn´t work I even deleted the plugin and installed again and the same. No data shown in my dashboards
@ejgarciam if this issue still persists for you, please open a new support topic. We’d be happy to assist there.
