    Hi!

I installed the plugin but it doesn’t seem to have created the database tables (can’t find any looking at myphpadmin). Everytime I want to change any settings I get the message to update the database. I click on it and get the message “databae updated” but if I want to save any settings it starts again with “database need to be updated”…

Can I create te tables manually? Or what do I do wrong?

    Thanks, Herwig

That’s an unusual problem; it could be a restriction on the MySQL user your WordPress site is using. But they should be automatically created on activation, and there’s also a backup routine that double checks that on admin page loads. So a permissions problem seems most plausible, based on what I know now.

    Hi Joe!

Thank you for the quick reply.

I tested den plugin on a local virtual machine and I had no problems installing and configuring.

Installing other plugins also worked with no problems. Could I just take the tables from the vm and import them into the database?

Yes, you could certainly do that.
