No data/nothing

I installed this plugin on 5 sites about a month ago.
No data, no nothing. Zeros for everything on all sites.
Running on WP 4.01 now, though initially 1 site was using 3.9 and a couple of others were on 4.00.
Looks like a promising tool if/when it starts to do something.
