NO delete table when delete the plugin

HI friends,

We were testing your plugin for evaluation purposes, and once we uninstalled and deleted the plugin it did not delete a table created in the database. We do not know if there are two or more tables created by this plugin.

We are grateful if you inform us which are the tables that we must delete and the procedure to do that.
