No difference in thumbnail settings

All 3 Thumbnail settings result in the same layout of thumbnails. The Same Size setting does not create same-size thumbnails. Same Size looks the same as Masonry, which looks the same as Original Image.

I would presume that Same Size would take different size original images and crop them into uniform (same-size) thumbnails.
