No Dropbox option

    I am WordPress 3.5.1 on a local instance with PHP version 5.4.3. I installed this plugin as it was recommended but I do not get the Dropbox, S# or SugarSync options. There is nothing in the FAQ that applies and the other questions on this same topic have not been addressed.

    How about a solution?
