    Hey, we started the free trial today and other data started to accumulate but no e-commerce data even have had several orders today and in the plugin settings, the e-commerce tracking is enabled. The diagnostics tab does not give any other error than: “proxy header – HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR” which has correct IP though.

    You have nothing in your ecommerce log?
    Which is your ecommerce solution?
    Do you have a custom confirmation order page?

    It seems that it has some delay since there are now BUT our dashboard in matomo cloud is empty, which is the DOMAIN.matomo.cloud. BUT if we click from the wordpress menu item for reports which opens the same looking stats page, it shows data.

    I don’t understand: you have the wordpress plugin and a cloud domain which track the same website? is it your configuration?

    Hi, maybe I don’t understand. When we started the use via your site, it created the cloud account etc. which I though is needed for full statistics?

    If you use the wordpress plugin you don’t need anything else: matomo is embed in the wordpress plugin.
    Do you have ecommerce data in the matomo available from your wordpress dashboard > Matomo Analytics > Reporting?
    Do you expect having these ecommerce data in your cloud instance?
