No e-mail notifications send

I was testing the plugin for a new webshop I am developing. And I stumbled on 2 problems.
– When I filled in my billing info and submit the request I’m not getting any e-mail notification. Also the customer is not getting an e-mail. Though I get the “Your request has been successfully submitted!” on the page. And also in my Woocommerce order I see the request. As far as I know everything is filled in the Woocommerce settings… Any idea what I can do (or must check) in order to receive notifications?
– I don’t know if it is possible, but is there a way when someone submit a request, the products will be automatically removed? Now the products will stay in the shop (“Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order” is not helping).
