    I was testing the plugin for a new webshop I am developing. And I stumbled on 2 problems.

    – When I filled in my billing info and submit the request I’m not getting any e-mail notification. Also the customer is not getting an e-mail. Though I get the “Your request has been successfully submitted!” on the page. And also in my Woocommerce order I see the request. As far as I know everything is filled in the Woocommerce settings… Any idea what I can do (or must check) in order to receive notifications?

    – I don’t know if it is possible, but is there a way when someone submit a request, the products will be automatically removed? Now the products will stay in the shop (“Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order” is not helping).

    Check the email settings in the WooCommerce and make sure those emails are enabled. Try sending the emails manually using the order actions and look at the logs to see if there is an error.

    For the second part, our plugin does not have that feature.
