No e-mails are sent.

Hello,

I have tried different events. In the event user logs off or an appointment was published no email is sent. But in the debugg area I can see that an attempt was made to send an email.
When testing, I have set that the e-mails should be sent to the admin.
The e-mails are also not in the spam folder.
