No Ecommerce Data Recorded

    The plugin has been installed for close to a week now.

    A third-party plugin adds the global GA code (and non-ecommerce data is recorded fine), so I’ve disabled the “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” option.

    Ecommerce tracking has been set up in GA as explained in the documentation, but no ecommerce data has been recorded at all so far.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that your 3rd party plugin adds Universal Analytics Script ga.js code & gtag.js code for Adwords only. Our plugin is using global site code (gtag.js) method for analytics script implementation.

    Suggest you to enable the option “Add Global Site Tracking” option from our plugin & remove the Universal analytics script option from another plugin.
