No email customizer preview

Hello, I’m trying to customize what emails look like, but the preview doesn’t show up. I checked for errors in the console, and this shows up:

Is there a way I can make the previews show for me? Thank you!

We’d like to provide you guidance on this.

If you are not using the latest version, please update to the latest 1.5.17 version of Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer. If you are already on the latest version, deactivate, delete and reinstall the plugin.

Make sure to clear all your cache after doing this: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/

I tried this on my test website but I’m not seeing any issue with the Email Customizer: https://imghostr.com/59f8e4_8el

If the issue still persists, please go through our troubleshooting guide so we can rule out the usual causes. Like plugin/script conflict, optimization/minification, server/website/CDN cache: https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/
