Was this the first time this happened to you? Are you receiving the other alerts you have set up without any issues?
Something I have seen work here, if this continues, disable your email alerts then save. Then go through and enable them again. It will override the table to make sure the settings are correct.

Thanks for your reply @wfadam! This is the first time I’ve noticed it happen, though I can’t say for sure this is the only time it’s happened. Alerts seem to be working fine otherwise. If I see this issue again I’ll try your suggestion and update you here.
