No email notification

    Hi,
    I added a few hours ago the forminator contact form at my website.
    I also added email adresses to get a notification when someone submit the file.

    But my problem is:
    I don’t get a notification in my mail box. I’ve try different emails, but it does’t work.

    I’ve the free version. Can someone help me out?

    Hi @jipweb,

    The Forminator plugin only invokes the action to send the email, its your WordPress install that sends the email. Did you check whether the emails are working in general?

    You can test this out using a plugin like Email log:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/

    Would recommend you to activate the above plugin and then try again via Forminator. If the emails are logged in the Email log plugin after your test it would mean Forminator did invoke the action to send the email and the issue could be more related to your Email Settings.

    Did you also check inside Spam? To rule out whether the emails aren’t ending up in Spam? If that’s the case, you can use an SMTP plugin or get in touch with your hosting provider to ensure emails don’t end up in spam.
