You can configure which users receive the email in the email designer. If they are not receiving the email maybe your site is not able to send emails or the email went to the spam folder?

Thanks for this but the email form is configured to send the form content to two separate email addresses
Neither of these receives the email form submission in their inbox or spam folders.
I have Contact form 7 forms on the same site which sends to the site admin email successfully.
I will replace the Contact form 7 forms with yours once I know they work.

Weird, everything looks fine, could you leave the form email field empty and try again? Some email providers block the email if it is not the same as the user name they have registered in their database.
If the problem persist could you create a support ticket here? https://smartforms.uservoice.com/ please in the ticket share admin credentials so i can check what is going on. Please do NOT share credentials here as this forum is public.
