Do you get any response message after you submit the form?
hi! following thread! when trying to send test e-mails we get the spam detected message… it does not matter if we change the optional text message or any other input into the fields! this is urgent, it’s keeping my client getting bookings for the current winter season! i was hoping downgrading would fix it but no, sir. please check. website is steirerland.net.

Yes to be fair I do get the message in the green box confirming the message has been sent. Does this suggest all is well on the website end and the issue is likely to be on the MailServer end?
@klaresmarketing I have not resolved the issue yet, however, I suspect that as I am getting a message in a green box after the form submission, it may be a Mailserver issue. Not confirmed yet but I have also raised a Support Ticket with the company that manages our Mailserver to look into this.
@takayukister I have had feedback from the IT company that manages our Mailserver and they are reporting back that they cannot see anything being blocked or filtered from the website. I do have Flamingo installed so I know the emails seem to be getting sent fine from the WordPress/Plugin end? What email address would the emails be coming from? I believe they come from [email protected] but I could be wrong?
