No emails sent out to employees or customers when a booking is made

Hi,
I’ve recently launched this website and tested the booking form, however no emails seem to be sent out from it when a booking is made. I’ve checked out support tickets and I’ve made sure my timezone is correct in the WordPress settings.
I’ve also tried changing the Mail Service settings on the Amelia settings page to PHP Mailer to WP Mailer, however this doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I’ve also attempted to set up SMTP however I haven’t been able to. Does SMTP need to be set up for the plugin to send out emails? I understand that it’s recommended, however I would have assumed the plugin could still send out emails using the PHP mailer as it’s an option.
Please can you let me know if there’s any other ways to resolve this?
