no event type

Hello

I’m bringing up this problem because i need help and cant find any.

Although I’m administrator, I’m unable to add a PHP cron event. I don’t have “event type” and “PHP code” displayed, but “hook name” and “arguments (optional)” I looked through many videos and forums and could not get wiser.
