No FAQ Plugin Will Work

Hi, all. I have ran into a snag with a site (http://vacreeper.com). I would like to install a FAQ, but I’ve tried three different plugins, and none work. I have one plugin (HTML5 Responsive) already on another site and it does just fine.

Every time I publish a faq question with any plugin, I get a 404 error when I try to visit or view the faq. This is the URL from my last attempt (http://vacreeper.com/faq/where-are-you-located/). I thought it was just the first plugin, but it has done the same thing repeatedly.

There’s no indication of an issue on the backend, when I am creating the faq post. It appears to publish it without problem. The permalinks are always what they should be. But, there’s nothing there when I click on the link.
