No FAQ schema for permalinked question | ww.wp.xz.cn

I am using the free trial premium version of UFAQ. I created a 20 FAQs and set the option to create a permalink to each individual FAQ question/answer. I then tested it with the Google structured data test tool, but the Google tools does not reflect any FAQ schema. Shouldn’t the individual permalinked pages load the FAQ schema?

I am using the latest Divi theme and latest WordPress. Here is my main FAQ page with the list of 20 FAQs – it *does* show FAQ schema. For this reason, I assumed that each individual page would also contain the FAQ schema.

Hi axwellion,

For the FAQ single post pages, it would be your theme that controls the look and layout. Because the FAQs are just a custom post type, the single post page for FAQ posts would, by default, make use of your theme’s single.php template file. If you’d like to modify the single post page for FAQs, we’d suggest duplicating your single.php file and creating one specifically for our post type, as discussed here: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Post_Type_Templates. Our post type is called “ufaq”, so you’d want to call your template file “single-ufaq.php”.
