Hi – been using your plugin for a number of years, but the latest update gives me no way to assign a plan to a listing in the backend. I only use one plan type – Free, Flat Price of 0. There’s simply no admin menu or sidebar widget to assign a fee plan in a Directory record, whether the block editor is enabled or not. Have tried with my custom theme, its parent theme and the WP 2020 theme, all plugins disabled or enabled- makes no difference. Nothing in my error logs at all. Using PHP 8 and WP 6.1.1. Advice? Thanks.

    Hey @swcomm

I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this! Please make sure you are using the latest version of Business Directory Plugin, which is Version 6.3.1.

You should see the plan information in the Listing Information meta box on the right of the listing. You can see a screenshot of that here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/knowledge-base/add-new-listing-menu/#listing-information-meta-box

Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.

Yes, that’s exactly what’s missing. Only thing that displays on the right are the standard wordpress metaboxes, no Business Directory metaboxes. Am using BD v6.3.1

Appears I’ve figured out the issue. Updating from BD 5.12.1 directly to 6.3.1 was the cause. I disabled 6.3.1, reverted to 5.12.1, then manually updated to BD 6. Listing info was visible on 6. Ran the normal plugin update to 6.3.1 and all is now fine.

Awesome, I’m so glad you were able to figure that out and get it working! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
