No fields showing

    Hi, I have just created a donation page using the freemium version of Give to test out the plugin.

    Unfortunately, many of the fields are not showing. I created many donation levels but only one is showing. The holding image is not showing and credit card fields are not showing. Finally, when I click the ‘donate now’ button I receive the following error code:

    Error: We’re unable to recognize your session. Please refresh the screen to try again; otherwise contact your website administrator for assistance.

    Also, I am unable to view the page created within the backend of the page, there is no ‘view’ button only a ‘copy shortcode’ button which I then have to paste into a page to view.

    I would appreciate your assistance

    Do you have it live online so we can see it? That would help a lot.

    Hi @nonaon — I echoe @gerarducc Can you provide a link to your site so we can see the problem live? That will help a lot in giving me necessary information to narrow down the potential cause of the issue.
