No file change without update please

    Hi,

    Please don’t publish file changes without an update please. It causes WordFence to send an alert about the change.

    This is about
    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/webp-express/changelog.txt

    Oh, sorry, forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me. As it only complains about the “changelog.txt” file, it seems that I can publish changes in README.txt, which is good, because there can be good reasons to make changes to that file without pushing an update
