Sorry that you’re running into issues with Simply Static. I’m going to take a look later today and see if I can figure out what’s causing this. In the interim, if you need to get up and running again quickly, you can go back to using version v1.2.4. Here’s the URL to download it:

Uninstall the current version of Simply Static, then go to Plugins -> Add New, then there’s an Upload Plugin button up top that will let you select a zip of the plugin you want to use. Just select the zip that you downloaded from that link above.

Found a solution. It seems if I completely delete/uninstall version 1.2.4 and do a fresh of install of version 1.3.0, rather than just updating it, all is fine. Don’t know why, but maybe this info will help you.
