I have the plus version and in my site I have 31 tickets.
As an administrator as well as Support Supervisor all filters work and I see all tickets but as Support Agent all filters don’t work and I see only 19 tickets

As per new version support agents can only see tickets-
- assigned to him
- assigned to none
- created by him

Unfortunately for our needs all agents should see all tickets.
I hope in the future there is this possibility.

For translation would be useful to update the default file
I wish I could translate these two lines
Allow Agents to assign tickets
Allow Agents to delete tickets

It is possible if ticket is assigned to none. In this case all agent can see all tickets.
For translation, yes I’ll update default.po soon in next update.
