Hi Shady, sorry to hear you’re having trouble. We are aware of this issue and are trying to locate the source. As soon as we have a resolution we will let you know!
Hello there – I am also getting the same error message. Many thanks for keep us informed.
Cheers
Hello, we were not able to reproduce the issue, however we have released v2.41 which reverts a change made in v2.40 that might be causing the problem.
Can you try updating to v2.41 and let me know if you still get the error?
To get the update:
1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
2. Click on Plugins -> Installed plugins.
3. Scroll down to PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit and click “Check for updates.”
4. The page will refresh, then scroll back down and click on “Update.”
Hello – I have just done the update – but the error is still occurring. Let me know if anyone else had success with this update?
Thanks

i have tried the v2.42 and although the message is different, i am still not getting any results
message:’No products found matching the filter criteria. ‘
if i try to filter on an attribute, i can pick from the list in the first rule box, can pick ‘is any of’ etc in second rule box, but the third box that says ‘select attributes’ there is only one choice that says ‘no results found’ – i have 4 variations under this attribute, so i know there are actually some to be found.
i have tried filtering on a tag that i know is used and i get the above message.
i can send report, if you think that will help…
thanks
Do your Attributes appear under the menu Products -> Attributes in the left hand menu? These are taxonomies and are searchable.
If you use custom Attributes per product then you won’t be able to filter by those.
See this article for more information on the differences between the two types:

yes, my attribute(s) appear in that section, i have only one attribute which has 4 terms/variations
i have in the past, been able to use this plugin to edit these variations – price, etc and it worked very well
hope we can get this sorted
thanks
We have confirmed that you must have PHP v5.6 or later for the plugin to work. You can see what version you have by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Report. There you will see a line for PHP Version.
Going to close this as Resolved. If you have v5.6 or later and are still having issues let me know though!
