No firstname after registration

Goodday all,
Have the latest version of wordpress and ultimate member with mailchimp and google recaptcha.
Created a new registration form, new roles etc etc
When a new member makes his registration, the only thing isn’t vissible is the first name of the user.
Deactivated all plugin, changed the privacy, changed the minimal and maximal lenght to zero, no default value.
But if i’m going to te users in the backend admin menu, the only thing i see is the username and the e-mailaddress of the person.
Tried all thing that i could find on the internet what could be a possible solution, but nothing happened, strangest of all things is also, that i do see the firstname appear with the normal settings onzce, but when checked again, after user delete, if the form is working, the firstname disappear.
Have anyone got a suggestion or idea what might be the problem is, cause i’m having no clue or idea what to next
