No form no theme, cannot create form

    we using GITLAB with multiple developer on project. We are testing plugins on local area and design st then we are pushing on release server

    I installed it on local, working good, I pushed it to server, i activated plugin on server again but no theme, no form as a dummy that appear st. Also we try to make forms but nothing is adding on DB.
    Local is php 7.1 Mariadb
    I remove and installed it on server again however nothing changed. PHP 7.3 / MYSQLi

    honestly i didn’t check requests at server part why it is happening. let’s sayform_maker_insert.php not working properly while activating. tables are not creating

    Hello @dewinbrush,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    We think that the issue with table prefixes.

    You can uninstall form maker from the live website, then activate again and move the forms with form maker export/import add on. But this is a paid feature.

    If you don’t want the above solution, then please send us PHP error log to check.
