No Full Screen button

Plugin works great except that even though I have the “full screen button” box checked in media settings, the “full screen” button is still missing. I’ve tried checking, unchecking, reinstalling the plug in, etc.

Running twenty twelve theme.

Also, the “youtube” button doesn’t appear in the video unless I have “white progressbar” checked.
