Hi @brianbws

This means that your API keys are not configured correctly. I know i need more error checking done :S

If you are just generating API keys then you might face this problem https://devforum.zoom.us/t/developer-impacting-changes-during-covid-19/8930.

From Zoom Meetings > Settings page click on “Check API connection” and what error you get.
