No http:// when url is placed

I’m running WP 1.5-beta-1 2005-01-12 and I noticed that when somebody leaves his or here url when giving a comment and they don’t type http:// you get the following url which is wtong
http://www.mysite.nl/www.sitename.com??

Can somebody tell me how I can add the http:// ???
