    Honestly, the forum as the only real way to reach out for assistance is complete garbage. Furthermore, a smidge more creativity in the naming for ww.wp.xz.cn and wordpress.COM might actually help people understand the differences in the different services provided by each. The fact that a page is needed to explain this, shows the lack of clarity in the services as a whole.

    @theswan I don’t believe this was intended to be a review for the WP Customer Reviews plugin. It sounds like a review of ww.wp.xz.cn itself? If so, are you willing to remove or edit your review to reflect this?
