no icons

Hello
your plugin is great! But I don’t understand why sometime icons don’t work properly.
On my Mac Pro I use Safari, Chrome, Firefox and it works perfectly without any problem; but on a Windows computer or some smartphones I can’t see any icon.

Please can you help me?
