No ID! Help

    Hello!
    I have a problem. After installing and uninstalling your plugin several times, I have no shortcodes id. How can I fix this?

    Also, lazy loading doesn’t work. Although the checkbox is checked.

    There are also empty items in the menu.

    I suspect that this is due to the fact that the plugin was not completely removed. How can I fix this?
    How do I reset a plugin?

    It makes no difference if you enable or disable lazy loading.

    I also want to note that I am clearing the cache.

    UPDATE:
    Updating to the current version of WordPress fixed some of the problems. But lazy loading never works. What advice can you give me?
    It doesn’t matter what position the lazy load slider is in. The result is the same.

    1.Can you please let us know does the id issue is fixed after the update if not can you pls tell us how you are adding the ads?
    2. Can you please share a short video or screenshots of the issue you are facing with lazyload.

    Everything is fine. The problem has been resolved.
    Apparently the problem was related to the old version of WordPress.
