no iDEAL on MAC?

    Hi there,

    One of my clients customers says he could not pay with iDEAL since that option simply wasn’t there. When I check it the site / checkout it works fine for me. For others as well.
    Customer uses a Mac. At the moment I have no Mac at hand to test / try it myself.

    Has anybody heard before the checkout doesn’t properly work with a Mac?
    If yes: how can I fix that? 🙂

    Hi Rixter

    I’m the developer of this plugin and only work on a Mac, and have never experienced this… There might be another reason why iDEAL wasn’t shown, maybe the order amount was too low or too high? Could that be it?

    Or are you using a plugin that limits payment methods? For example, only shows iDEAL to visitors from the Netherlands?

    Hi David, this is an old topic, but just wanted to let you (and others) know that I’ve not had this complaint again. Tried out the check-out on iPhone; no problem. So it must have been something else, but nothing to do with your plugin or WooCommerce.
