I started a gallery and added 1 video. On the page, the title appears, and a box that says “no image.” Clicking the image opens the Youtube page of the video.

    Questions:

    1. How do I get a still image for the video to display on the page? (Update: I was able to get the image to display)
    2. How do I keep the user on my site instead of just opening Youtube? (Update: I switched to the pop-up gallery and this seems to solve the issue.)
    3. New question – The thumbnail on the page is very small. How do I change the size of the thumbnail display, and how do I control things like the number of columns shown?

    Thanks, your help is appreciated.

    Hello, dear commontater

Thank you for contacting us. Our team is always ready to help you.

    1. After adding or changing a video from the admin panel, your image will be updated.
    2. I think you don’t have the target link enabled which redirects the user to the link without leaving the current page.

    3. As for the thumbnail size, you can use Fancy Gallery, under Styles > Popup Options.
