    Hi,
    I have Visit Your Site and found that your theme css file is conflicting with out plugin css file.

    Kindly put below Custom CSS into Team Builder Plugin Custom CSS Section.
    .fa {
    font-family: FontAwesome !important;
    }

    It will work for you.

    Let me know if you have any issue. and let me know which type of image format you are uploading like .gif or .png etc. so that i can give you a perfect solution.
