Its better to zip in file manager and do everything manually.

You can restore your backup (Install it to migrate your website to another server) using the Classic installation method that’s explained in this post:https://duplicator.com/knowledge-base/classic-install/
However, the import feature is a premium feature.
You can try to restore the backup using the Classic installation method and let us know if you have any questions.
